When you submit a contact form your information is securely stored through our website platform (Webflow) and a copy is sent to designated bAI Labs email accounts so we can respond to your inquiry. Once in our system, we store information using secure cloud infrastructure and business systems operated by trusted service providers located primarily in the United States. Depending on the service, this may include cloud computing, secure document storage, email and collaboration platforms. To help protect your information, we implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, taking into account the nature of the information and the risks associated with its processing, including:
- Encryption of data at rest
- Encryption of data transmitted between your browser and our services
- Restricted access to authenticated users
- AWS Web Application Firewall (WAF)
- Network firewalls
- An isolated Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) with private subnets

Maps and Third-Party Data Services
To answer user questions and support our AI platforms, we may retrieve publicly available geospatial information from third-party data providers, including organizations such as:

- U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
- State and local government agencies
Our mapping services may also use basemap tiles or mapping services provided by organizations such as Google, Esri, and Carto.
When you search for locations or view map areas, place names, map coordinates, or related requests may be transmitted to these providers in order to deliver mapping functionality. Users acknowledge that these providers operate under their own privacy policies and may process information outside the United States.
